Charges · RKT / OMRK
Current rates are issued on request, not published. This page tells you which charges apply, what the desk will need in order to price them, and how to get a written quotation the same working day.
Rates on request
The last aeronautical tariff the airport published dates from 2011 and is not current. Reprinting it would be worse than publishing nothing, because a stale number gets built into a trip budget and then has to be unwound. Until the airport issues a current schedule, this page describes the charge categories and points you at the desk that quotes them.
If you need a rate card for an internal approval, ask the operations desk for a written quotation and use that. It will be specific to the aircraft, the dates and the services you actually want.
Each entry says what the charge covers and what the desk will ask you for in order to price it.

Charged for time on the ground beyond the free period the desk will confirm. Long stays are quoted separately, and a long-term parking request has to be flagged in the landing permission so bay availability can be checked.

Hangar space exists on the field but is limited and never guaranteed on the day. Quoted per night or per period, subject to what is free and to the aircraft fitting.

Marshalling, ground power, steps, towing, lavatory and water servicing, and the passenger and crew handling that goes with them. Quoted by your nominated handler — the airport's own ground handling unit or Ramjet Aviation Support.

The aerodrome and its services run continuously, so there is no closed period to price around. Where a specific service needs to be called out for your movement the desk will say so in the quotation rather than after the fact.

Entry passes, crew passes, vehicle passes, gate passes and airside driving permits are issued by the Public Relations Office. No fee is published for any of them; the airside driving permit application requires the company letter to state the method of payment, so a charge exists.

Catering is provided on the field by Alpha Flight Services. Ground transport, hotels, laundry and similar crew and passenger requirements are arranged through your handler and passed through at cost plus handling.

These are firm. Everything else on this page is a category, not a price.
Jet A-1 and Avtur prices are posted each month, and bulk Jet A-1 orders may qualify for a discount. Ground handling holds the current price.
No noise restrictions are in place at RKT, so no noise-related charge or exemption process applies.
There is no de-icing capability on the field, in any season.
Oil can be obtained with 72 hours of prior notice, and is quoted when you ask for it.
Send the operations desk the movement and it comes back priced. A quotation is written, itemised and specific to the flight.
