Airport operations
Duty officers, airside operations and apron services — the people who run the field around the clock and who most operators reach first.
Careers
Ras Al Khaimah International Airport recruits through a single applicant portal. A CV sent to any other address will not be considered — that is the airport's own wording, and it is worth taking literally.
Open the careers portalApplications
Every vacancy the airport advertises is posted on its careers portal, and every application is made through it. If nothing is listed, nothing is currently open — we do not keep a list of roles here that the portal does not show.
careers-page.com/rak-international-airportApplications go to the airport's HR team through the portal. Submitting one is not an interview invitation, and the airport replies to shortlisted applicants only.
How hiring works here
Create an application against a live vacancy. CVs sent to any other email address are not considered, and there is no general mailbox for speculative applications.
HR reviews applications against the role. Correspondence about a live application comes from a RAK International Airport HR account and from nowhere else.
The airport does not make job offers without an in-person interview at its offices at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. Any offer made without one is not from us.
Successful candidates receive a full benefits package and ongoing training. Airside roles also require the pass and permit process every airport worker goes through.
The work
This is a description of the functions the airport runs, not a list of vacancies. Whether any of them is hiring today is a question only the portal can answer.
Duty officers, airside operations and apron services — the people who run the field around the clock and who most operators reach first.
The airport's own fire service, which sets the fire category the airport can accept and is on watch whenever the field is open.
Check-in, boarding, ramp handling, baggage and VIP handling, both for scheduled airlines and for private aircraft.
Acceptance, warehouse, dangerous goods, cold chain, documentation and the customs interface at the RAK Freight Centre.
RAK Duty Free is operated by the airport itself in both terminals, around the clock, which makes retail an airport career here rather than a concessionaire's.
Terminal systems, airfield lighting and pavement, vehicles and equipment, networks and the systems the operation runs on.
Safety management, security screening oversight, quality and the regulatory reporting the DCA and GCAA require.
Route development, advertising, leasing, finance, human resources and the Public Relations Office.
Students and graduates
The airport runs an internship programme for students and graduates. An operating airport is an unusually good place to learn from, because every department is within a few minutes' walk of every other one and the consequences of decisions are visible the same day.
Recruitment fraud
WarningFraudulent job offers using the airport's name circulate periodically. All four statements below are absolute — if what you have received contradicts any of them, it is not from this airport.
If you have received something that fails these tests, do not send money or documents. Report it through the airport switchboard on the contact page.
What this page does not tell you
The old site published its careers email as an image, which means the address cannot be read by a screen reader, a search engine, or anyone copying it. We have not guessed at it. Until a text address is published, the portal is the route.
