Open tenders for the airport are published on the airport's tender portal. This page tells you where that is, what to expect, and where to go for the commercial opportunities that are not run as tenders.

The tender list
Current and closed tenders are listed on the airport's own tender portal. It is a separate system from this website, and it is the only place a live tender list is maintained.

What to expect
Submit before the deadline stated in the document
Late submissions are not something an airport can quietly accept. If a clarification changes the deadline it will be issued through the same channel as the tender.
Ask clarification questions early
Questions raised close to the deadline may not get an answer in time to be useful to you. Send them to the commercial office in writing.
Check anything that reaches you another way
If an invitation to tender arrives from any source other than the portal or the commercial office, confirm it with the commercial office before you respond to it.
Not a tender
Commercial opportunities handled separately
Several of the ways to do business with the airport are not procured through the tender portal. They go directly to the commercial team.
Retail and office space
Concessions, units, kiosks and airside or landside offices — leased, not tendered.
Advertising
Indoor and outdoor media across the terminal and the forecourt.
MRO and land
Land adjacent to the aeronautical infrastructure and the corporate aviation precinct.
Route development
Airline capacity and network discussions, handled route by route.

Ask the commercial office for any of the above in writing. We would rather send you the current version than leave a stale copy on a web page.

What to send with a first enquiry
- Company name, a named contact and an official mailing address
- Company credentials — trade licence, ownership and relevant track record
- A short business plan for what you intend to operate here
- What you need, in square metres or by format, and for how long
- Anything else that would help us answer quickly
