Contact

Every number the airport publishes

Grouped by what you are trying to do rather than by department. Every telephone number and email address on this page is a live link — nothing here is an image.

Switchboard

The general line reaches every department. Available during office hours.

Who to call

If you are not sure which group you belong to, use the switchboard — it is staffed, and it routes.

Flying today

Anything happening in the terminal right now. For a ticket, a booking or a baggage claim, your airline is the first call.

Passes, permits and press

Operations

Operational directory

For crew, dispatchers, handling agents and anyone whose enquiry has a departure time attached to it. The duty officer numbers are answered around the clock.

Feedback

Complaints, compliments and lost property

Feedback about your journey

Write to the general enquiries address with your flight number and the date. The airport does not publish a separate feedback mailbox, so this is the route that reaches a person.

Lost property

Lost and found is held at the airport. For baggage lost or found on the day, ask for the Duty Officer at the Departure Terminal.

Something about a specific flight

Airlines own the booking, the baggage allowance and the compensation. For anything ticketed, the airline is the right first call and the airport is the second.

On the field

Service providers based at the airport

Independent companies operating on airport property. They are listed because operators need them directly, not because the airport answers for them.

Authorities

Regulators and government bodies

The airport cannot issue what these bodies issue. Landing permission, activity licences, aircraft approvals and export permits all start here.

RAK Department of Civil Aviation

The emirate's regulator for civil air transport. Landing permission and activity licences for companies operating at the airport are issued here.

General Civil Aviation Authority

The federal authority for civil aviation across the UAE, including air navigation services and flight safety.

Import and Export Control Executive Office

Permits for the export of aircraft spare parts and other controlled goods.

Location

Where the airport is

Eleven nautical miles — about 18 km — south of Ras Al Khaimah city on Digdaga Road. Not five kilometres, whatever the aggregator sites say.

What this page does not tell you

Two gaps we would rather flag than paper over. The Public Relations Office direct line appears in two conflicting versions in the airport's own material, so no direct PRO number is published here until that is resolved — the email address and the switchboard both work in the meantime. And no dedicated feedback or careers mailbox is published; general enquiries and the careers portal are the routes that exist today.
