Proximity that changes the trip
Fifteen minutes to Al Marjan Island and the Wynn resort opening in 2027. From Dubai World Central the same journey is roughly an hour of road each way, at both ends of the trip.
No slot queue
RKT is not slot-constrained the way the Dubai and Sharjah fields are. Arrival and departure windows are agreed directly with the airport rather than bid for.
Kerb to aircraft in minutes
A single terminal, immigration and customs on site, and a short apron walk. There is no landside transfer between buildings and no internal train.

Everything below is operating now. The new complex adds to it from 2027 — it does not replace it.

Marshalling, GPU, steps, towing, lavatory and water servicing.

Jet A-1 into-plane. Uplift arranged through your handling agent.
Customs & immigration
On-airport clearance for passengers and crew, including general declaration handling.
Hangarage & parking
Short and long-term aircraft parking, with hangar capacity expanding from 2027.
