Using this site

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may change the terms; the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

Flight information is guidance, not a guarantee

The flight board, the destination tables and the airline pages are published to help you plan. They are not a contract, and they are not the record of your booking.

• The operating airline is the authoritative source for whether a flight is operating, when it departs, and what your rights are if it does not.
• Times shown are airport-local time, GST, UTC+4, unless the page states otherwise.
• Data reaches us from operational systems and can be delayed, incomplete or superseded within seconds.
• Schedules, aircraft types, gates, check-in desks and baggage belts change, sometimes at short notice.
• Do not rely on this site as evidence in a claim for compensation, an insurance claim or any other legal purpose. Ask the airline for its own record.

Always check with your airline before travelling to the airport, and allow time for the journey and for check-in to close.

Technical and aeronautical information

Runway, approach, apron, fire category, fuel and operating-hours information on this site is published for planning purposes only. It is not an operational source.

The United Arab Emirates AIP, the current AIRAC cycle and NOTAMs prevail over anything published here. Operators, crews and dispatchers must verify against those sources and with the airport's operations desk before filing a flight plan.

Requests and enquiries

Every form on this site submits an enquiry to the airport. Submitting one does not create a booking, a slot, a permit, a lease or a contract of any kind.

• A handling request is confirmed only when the operations desk replies with a written confirmation and a reference number.
• A cargo booking is confirmed only by the freight centre in writing.
• Landing permission and, where applicable, overflight clearance are matters for the RAK Department of Civil Aviation and the General Civil Aviation Authority, not for this website.
• Please do not send passport numbers, payment card details or other sensitive personal data through these forms.

What you may not do

• Interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or test its security without written permission.
• Scrape, mirror or systematically extract the flight data at a rate that degrades the service for other visitors. If you need a data feed, ask us.
• Harvest the contact addresses published here for marketing.
• Present the site, or parts of it, as your own, or frame it in a way that misleads people about who is publishing it.
• Use the site for anything unlawful under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and data compilation on this site belong to Ras Al Khaimah International Airport or to its licensors. The airport's name, marks and logo may not be used without written permission.

You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with attribution. Media and commercial use of the airport's marks, images or footage is arranged through the Public Relations Office.

Links to other organisations

We link to airlines, handling agents, transport operators, free zones and government authorities because you are likely to need them. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them by linking, and we are not responsible for their content, their security or their privacy practices.

Prices, allowances, timetables and rules published by those organisations are theirs. Where they differ from anything on this site, theirs apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current at every moment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the airport is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from the site being unavailable, or from your use of a site we have linked to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
